Questions

What notes are in the F5 chord?

F5 contains F and C. Its formula is 1–5.

Is F5 hard to play on guitar?

It is harder than a basic open chord. The most common shape is 133xxx. A shortcut: put a capo on fret 1 and play an open E5 shape.

What can I play instead of F5?

F is the closest simpler chord. It keeps the same root and basic character, so it works when F5 is too hard or too busy.
